All medical care — doctor appointments, telehealth visits, evaluations, and prescriptions — happens separately with licensed providers, outside of this app.

• Payment details — handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

• To send you the reminders and updates you signed up for.

Your weight, goals, and choices are yours. Each customer's information is kept separate and protected — only you and our team can see it. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for marketing.

You only get messages you asked for (reminders, updates). Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

6. How We Protect It

Your information is stored securely with encryption and password protection. We keep it only as long as you use our services — you can ask us to delete it at any time.
